I agree that Youthful Concepts liability, if any, for damages (including, without limitation, or liability, arising from physical, or mental harm, caused by any products liability, arising out of contract, negligence, strict liability or tort, shall not exceed the cost of the product which I purchased from Youthful Concepts.
