SHIPPING
Service provider is USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes a USPS tracking number if applicable.
Products are shipped by "Standard Delivery" unless you mention in your message that you want "Priority" or "Express Mail" for an extra charge. We ship in-stock orders within 48 hours (most same day.) Shipping and handling times average 3-5 days(including processing) and overnight is 1-2 days. All shipping times are from date of shipping not from date of order. Our rates are calculated by the USPS system.
Refunds are made under special circumstances, and are subject to a restocking fee. Item must be returned in original unopened and undamaged condition Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
